2960X - preconfigured interface commands

just installed a new 2960x

has these 2 commands on all ports:

 power inline auto max 15400
 no power efficient-ethernet

why have these commands been added?

i have not seen them on other 2690x devices with same IOS version.

for  no power efficient-Ethernet there is a Bug

is the "no power efficient-Ethernet" bug fixed in new IOS version?

is it just a cosmetic bug?
