Solved: 2960x switch stuck in blue syst led

Ho guys,

I have one switch 2960x and stuck in syst blue LED status and cannot access it through console! What is the problem here?

(I don't believe the SYS LED can do blue.)
Contact Cisco TAC and arrange for an RMA.
