I need to know in the 2960x family what is the difference between Forwarding bandwidth and Switching bandwidth

Just to add to what Vivek has already stated.

An easy way for me to think about it, is

forwarding bandwidth is half duplex ( traffic sent only in or only out)

and

Switching bandwidth is full duplex.
