3500/24 Switch show just two gig ports

Hi All

I have 3500 series switch that is showing just two giga ports all 24 ports are not showing can any help me its IOS were old after updating IOS still it is on same postion mean showing two giga ports 1,2

I Have a 3500/24 XL Switch show just two gig ports,

3500-XL-EN (whether it's a 3512/3524 or 3548) only has to GBIC ports (Gig).  Nothing more.
