3500XL memeory problem/question

Has anyone ever seen this:

The 3500XL is not reporting all its memory no bin file?

Directory of flash:/

3 drwx 64 lost+found

4 drwx 768 html

682496 bytes available (2930176 bytes used)

switch:

Jason,

You switch is in rommon prompt. The directory output shows that this switch doesnot have any IOS image on it. You have to download an IOS from Cisco website and upload it on the switch.
