3550 Interface flapping, with IPT phone attached?

We have a 3550/48 running Version 12.2(44)SE6 supporting a temporary trailer.

When we power up the switch, interface with IPT phones flap until we power up the IPT phone with power bricks.

Code related or config setting?

Hello,

What is the power requirement for the IPT phones? Can you post the output of "show power inline" from the switch when you connect the IPT phone (without external power)? Also, please turn on debugging "debug ilpower events" and then connect the IPT phone and see if you get any error messages on the console (you need to configure logging and console logging)
