There is another discussion here that shows someone with the same problem, however it seems the switch eventually came back to life?
Its a 3550 I was hoping to get me through SWITCH, can it be done with 2 x 3750v2's running 15.0 and 1 x 3650 running 12.2? I also have a ton of doorstoppers laying around (2950's) I could throw in there.
Wondering if it can be saved, if a 2950 or just 3 switches might work, I consoled directly into it and tried to restart to see where it fails in post and it just spits out 1 weird looking character and the lights on the switch itself (System and Port 1) go Amber while all other ports go Green and stay green (its been 10 minutes now and their still green).
I'm going to turn the home lab off except for this one switch and see if it eventually boots I guess, any insight from the community is appreciated!
