what are the routing performace for 3560 switch?

Depends on model. Up to 38.7 Mpps.

are you sure that forwarding performance are the same as routing?

The attachment shows the performance for various switches. Note for the 3560s it lists both the Mpps rate and L3, so I believe the forwarding specification should be both for L2 and L3 on the 3560; assuming you're not doing process switching.
