I've got about a dozen 48 port 3560 switches that don't come back up after a power outage, this can just be a small flicker in the power like a few seconds not an extended amount of time.
The problem is that when these power issues occur these switches lose power momentarily and don't power back up like the other switches do. When we get to them they have a power cable in but no lights on and no fans running. The only way that we can bring them back up is to pull the power plug out and put it back in and then they start working again. Other model Cisco switches 2950s and 2960s that are in the same cabinets on the same power rails don't have this issue it's just the 3560s. Has anyone seen this before or know what it might be?

Had something like this with the 3750 and they were involved in a bad production batch that was mentioned in a Field Notice.

where do you find out about known faults with these sort of devices, like a bad batch etc?
