I am trying to upgrade a 3560 V2 to a newer code. I tried it once and it failed about half way through. So I reloaded and tried it again and now I get this message
"Error: Previous upgrade was unsuccessful or aborted. Clean-up is not done"
How do I clean this up to try and do the upgrade again?

The error message " Unable to create temp dir "flash:update" happens because an update to
the temp file is created when a failure is experienced.
The temp file is not delete it and it needs to be delete it with command rmdir
flash:update in order to use the archive upload-sw tftp://location/image.bin.
Please use the following command " rmdir flash:update " and try an update IOS again.
You could also use the âdelete /force /recursive flash:updateâ command to delete the file
completely from the switch.
