3560 Version update issue

Updated 3560 to version 12.2(55)SE9 and now after reloading the switch it will boot up and get to a banner then show *Authentication failed and keeps looping the banner. Any ideas as to what happened? We used the same process with the same file previously and it worked just fine. TIA!

Does the flash have enough space for the new IOS?

If yes, than it could be that the file was corrupted during the process.  Try to break in to Romon and load the IOS again.
