Permanently? No? You need to buy a license and they appy it to the device. Karsten's post has the part numbers.
Temporarily? Yes. There's a way to generate a temp license, so you can use additional features, while you're working to acquire your permanent license. Temporary license will only work for a limited time. (NB: you'll also need to run the universal image.)
