3650 Web interface Login

Hi, 

I keep getting the message below when i try to login to the web interface of a 3560 switch. Has any one had this before and if yes? Please how was this issue resolved. Many thanks!

Authentication failed. 
Please verify username or password

Note: Zero privilege level user never be authenticated by WebUI

Hi

the default is admin/cisco unless you have setup your own password first

If thats still not working you may need a password recovery done

Have you tried console access is that working

By default, the username is admin and the password is cisco.

Strangely, this affects only myself as other users are able to login using their domain username and passwords. Thanks

Unlikely a GUI issue then i would think or all would be effected , if its set for say LDAP and TACACs see whats different with your setup compared to a user thats working
