hello
i want to know if this switch support routing ,
and i want to know what's mean Private Vlan in this switch

Mohamad,
1. Yes,It's a Layer3 switch. It supports routing. However,It depends on which IOS feature set you are using as well. RIP should be fine.
2. PVLAN is a security feature on the switch. Let's say you have a policy to block talking between particular ports in the same vlan. This feature can be used across multiple switches. Edit: Sorry I missed reading something. You mean,cisco 3560 switch. Right?

if I'm connecting this switch using the fiber to switch 2960TC-L using module GLC-SX-MM (SFP ,LC connector SX transceiver )
no problems
