I'm getting hich CPU utilization from process "HRPC qos request" on a Catalyst Express 500. I have about 15 phones, a 2811 running CME and a couple servers in this switch and the CPU is regularly spiking to 100% from this process. I have all the phone ports set to the default IP Phone SmartPort settings, and the router is set to the default router SmartPort settings. Everything else I've left as a default switch port. Any ideas where I should start troublshooting this?
