3750 Stack Switch IOS upgrdation(IMP)

Dear All

I am in process of upgrading 3750 stack switches using . bin image using TFTP server remotely.

The new image which is going to uploaed is already there in the TFTP server.

The stack switch has 3 memebers.

I am copying the . bin iamge from the TFTP server to flash file system of all the 3 switches

like

copy tftp falsh1:

copy tftp falsh2:

copy tftp falsh3:

then chaning the bootvaraible

#boot system switch all flash:/ name of ios file

then realod

could any one temm this procedure is correct and if it wrong please advice me on the same
