3750 stacked switches IOS compatability

Hello Experts, We have existing 3 stacked s 3750 switches (below) and we bought another one, same hardware as other switches. I'd like to make this new switch a spare and so the IOS needs to match with other switches. Current switch has c3750e-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5 while the new switch has c3750e-universalk9-mz.152-4.E2. You can see there's a slight difference (122 vs 152) and I'm concern it will be an issue. I don't have a copy of that current image but I have c3750-ipbaselmk9-tar.122-55.SE5.tar, I believe it is an IPBASE license and different from the current image (universal). Please correct me if I'm wrong. I went to cisco site and I found c3750e-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE5 file but could not download it as we don't have a service contract for 3750 anymore. So I am stuck and not sure how to make this new switch ready to go as a spare. Thanks in advance for your help. Your "new" 4th switch is another 3750X?  If so, you should be able to copy the software off one of your other switches.  Universal supports either the IPBase license or IPServices license.  Likely, if your switch came with an IPBase image, its also likely licensed for IPBase.
