3750 StackMGR always changes states

this is the error I continuously get on my 3750. Right now I've got them configured in a stack of 3 and changed the IOS from ipbase.bin to ipbasek9.bin

1d17h: %STACKMGR-4-STACK_LINK_CHANGE: Stack Port 2 Switch 3 has changed to state UP

1d17h: %STACKMGR-4-STACK_LINK_CHANGE: Stack Port 2 Switch 3 has changed to state DOWN

If somebody can help me see why this is happening that would be great.

Make sure the cable is tight on both ends , sometimes they look like they are tight but they aren't . If they are then maybe the stack cable is faulty , there have been a few issues with faulty stack cables that were distributed.
