3750 Switch - Lost ENABLE password

I have lost the "ENABLE" password on my 3750 switch, can anyone help?

Thanks to All who quickly responded to my issue.

I assume that when I perform the steps that I will lose the config on the switch? Is that correct?

no, if you follow all the steps you won't lose your config.

What happens in those steps is you boot the device without config, load the config after in enable mode, then reset the password before exiting with the end result being a reset password for you!
