3750 Username and Password Via SNMP

Is there anyway to pull the usernames and passwords from a switch via SNMP or write a new username and password to switch via SNMP.  I have switch that was apparently misconfigured and i am not feeling like driving all the way down there to console in.  Thanks!

If you have read-write SNMP access to the switch, you can overwrite current running configuration.. Here is a thread on this
