Hello,

I checked the documentation again, it looks like you need at least IOS 12.3(14)T on the router, can you try and load this and check if that makes a difference ?

GP

Hello,

from what I can tell from the documentation, the EtherSwitch module uses its own IOS, which must be compatible with the IOS on the router:

Prerequisites for the Cisco EtherSwitch Service Modules

The IOS version on the Cisco EtherSwitch service modules must be compatible with the Cisco IOS software release and feature set on the router.

- To view the router, Cisco IOS software release and feature set, enter the show version command in privileged EXEC mode.

- To view the Cisco EtherSwitch service module IOS version, enter the dir flash: command in privileged EXEC mode.

If the IOS used by the EtherSwitch module is not the same, use the procedure below to upgrade:

HTH,

GP

Thank you for link. I read all information on this link. But I can't solve the problem.

Commands "show version" and "show flash:" show my the IOS image file version on Router (but not on interface modules). Here is Routers IOS image:

c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.123-11.T5.bin

I Can't connect to and open a session on the interface module. Command service-module interface slot/port session don't work.

What I should do next?

May is ncessarily upgrade Software on router?

Here is results show version and show flash:
