3850-24XS-S Switch Code Recommendations

I have a few 3850-24XS swithces with-NM-2-40G modules.  I am looking for a recommnended version of IOS-XE.  The only verions available for the model are 3.7, Denali or Everest and are all ED.  All other 3850 models show 3.6 as the recommnended.  Any suggestions?

I have never used Danali or Everest but seen quite few people complaining about them. I recommend using a 3.7 version for now and move to Danali or Everest when they are more mature (in 6 months or so).

Stay with 3.6 or 3.7. Avoid 16.X.X at all cost because they are very unstable.

Read the Release Notes to make sure you're aware of bugs.

I opened a TAC case for a recommended version, for a 24XU-S this was the answer:

I find this very odd.  The box shipped with 16.3

As per download page, this model has no suggested version by CISCO as other devices. I am not allowed to recommend a version, however you can find compare tool in link below, so you can compare version desired.
