Hi all,
If by mistake, at the time of getting license from Cisco, we provide serial number of another router and not the one that is supposed to use that license, then what is needed to be done to correct this mistake.
I will appreciate if someone can refer me a doc also which highlights this issue

Send an email to licensing@cisco.com and provide the correct serial number (so they can generate a new code for you) and the wrong serial number (so they can remove it from the list).

Good point. Don't have one. This is my method and it works. :)
