Hi,
I am running a Cisco 4500X with 16 10G Fiber ports and I have used GLC-T on the ports to conver them to ethernet. I am using following IOS.
cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.06.04.E.152-2.E4.bin
When I try to change the speed of the port it doesnt change, there isnt any option. Will the GLC-T in this switch only operate at 1Gbps and I dont have an option to change the speed to 100mbps? I believe it should have 100/1000.

I believe it should have 100/1000.

Incorrect.  On a chassis-based system, including 4500X, 6880 & 6840, it is only 1 Gbps, full duplex.

I guess this support was added in IOS XE 3.7.1E and above.

10/ 100 Mbps support for GLC-T
10/ 100 Mbps support for GLC-T (1000Base-T) SFP transceiver. You can set the interface speed to 10 or 100, by using the speed interface configuration command. The default setting provides 1000 Mbps with auto-negotiation
