Hello Marcin.
Here is a very useful guide to troubleshoot high cpu in 4ks.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps663/products_tech_note09186a00804cef15.shtml
I always check for the commands:
These commands will give you a overview of what is going on.
Show process cpu sorted | ex 0.00
Show platform health
These debugs are very useful to understand what type of traffic is getting to the cpu: (Do NOT worry about the debugs they are CPU embedded and don't not cause any cpu overload)
Switch#debug platform packet all count
platform packet debugging is on
Switch#show platform cpu packet statistics
Switch#debug platform packet all receive buffer
platform packet debugging is on
Switch#show platform cpu packet buffered
You can even SPAN the cpu to determine with the help of wireshark what is getting cpu processed.
Switch(config)#monitor session 1 source cpu rx
Switch(config)#monitor session 1 destination interface gigabitethernet x/y
