4510 Locking Up

One of our 4510R switches is locking up once in a while. When it occurs, the status indicator on the Supervisor V module blinks green and every second light on the utilization indicator is lit. All other interface modules have a red status indicator.

We did recently perform an IOS upgrade to see if that would help and it stopped acting up for a week. Now, it's back to locking up every day or so.

Any suggestions?

Did you check your logs when its happening. Should be something in the logs if all the modules are going red.

Yes,crashinfo:data indicates "Last Powerfail: never" and the last crash was over 2 years ago.
