6500 VSS issue

I am getting below error on my VSS switches:

Operational EARL Mode Mismatch:  ACTIVE:  Operational Earl mode is XL-Lite

STANDBY:  Operational Earl mode is XL

i think becasue of this error my i am not able to see the supervisor interfaces of my backup chassis.

Do you have the same exact type of sup installed in both switches?

What is the output of "sh switch redu"

yeah both the switches have the same sup.

What IOS version are you running ?

Can you post a "sh inventory" or a "sh module" from each chassis ?
