6509-E Modules

•       8 ports 10Gig SFP+ 
•      12 port Copper 10/100/1000 with PoE+

I don't see any POE module in the url ?

Cisco has discontinued PoE line cards because they have stopped treating 6500s (and 6800s) as edge devices unless they use IAs.  I.e. only IAs have PoE ports.

What is an IA ? Do you have a part number ?

IA = Instant Access switch; it's the Catalyst 6x00 version of a Nexus FEX.
