for the firewall part use that one http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/fwsm/fwsm40/command/reference/fwsm_ref.html. For the you may start with 'show run | include intrusion-detection' or read through http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/7.0/configuration/guide/cli/cliguide7.html.
