I need help with the following our core switch did a reboot during workday for no reason.I want to upgrade the software to s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-vz.122-33.SXI7 but why does sh version shows that “System image file is "sup-bootdisk:s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-vz.122-33.SXI1.bin" so it seems the ios is loaded from a sup-bootdisk and why does sh bootvar says it loads its image from a bootdisk?

The commando sh sup-bootdisk: is the only one that works and that shows me the ios that is currently running , i think the right commando to boot the new image is no boot system sup-bootdisk:s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-vz.122-33.SXI1.bin and commando boot system sup-bootdisk:s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-vz.122-33.SXI7.bin can anyone confirm this?
Kind Regards,
Richard

Yes, first negate the old IOS then add the new one, save and then reboot.
