6509 LACP to Force10 10Ge

I hope somebody can help me, I am trying to configure a 6509 as the passive  receiver from a Dell Force10 10Ge switch with 2 sfp to 2 gig ports on our 6509  switch, I see LACP is up on both sides but cannot pass traffic, I have only 2  vlans that will carry across the aggregate link from our vmware boxes, this is  just a temp until I get a 10ge in our 6509 chassis.

Attached is the config on both sides.

Make sense?

On the portchannel connecting to VMs, can you change the mode to "on" for both sides and test again?

If you ping from the 6500 to force 10 switch, does it work?

I have no ON mode, just active, passive or off.

I cannot ping the switches from each other, the force 10 does not have cdp, only lldp

I can however see all the mac addresses from vlan2 and 4 on my force 10 switch but see nothing on the cat 6509 for cdp or mac addresses for the ports that are assigned.
