6509 with SUP7200-Base pm-mp procerss log error

hello,

I have 6509 with sup720-base running IOS s72033-psv-mz.122-18.SXD3.bin.

I discovered that i cant do the "show interface" nor configure on all the ports interface module 9 (WS-C6748-GE-TX card).

the "show log" command is floded with the this line:

"Frames of RPC pm-mp process (pid 206) on 15 (proc|slot) after blocking rpc call failed: 40365370 40477460"

what shuld i do to fix this problem?

Hello,

It looks like some RPC issues.

I have gone through below link for any listed rpc errors but di not find anything matches to the sympton.

Is it possible for you to log a case with cisco.
