6807 stack, but vlan 1 very slow with pack loss

I new install two 6807 and make a stack,

now all of the VLAN work normal except VLAN1.

I tried connect two notebook to same switch same LAN card to test speed. result is have packet loss and heave delay ( two notebook connect to VLAN1)

i also use two notebook connect to different 6807 to test, have a same result.

If the same notebooks have the same issue with two different switches then I'd be looking at the notebooks.

Are the notebooks set to auto/auto, and are the switch ports set the same?

Dear Philip,

  all of the user connect to VLAN1 have the save issue, so i use two notebook to test speed.

but other VLAN  work fine. so I don't know the reason.

When you say "make a stack" do you mean VSS?

If yes, is VSS configured correctly?

Can you post the output of "sh switch virtual" and "show redun"?

here is the show result,

by the way other VLAN to VLAN1 traffic have no delay,

vlan1 to vlan1 =packets delay and loss

vlan1 to other vlan = work fine

vlan1 to internet =packets delay and loss
