I need to know if i add two supervisor engine 2T in the 6807-XL plus i add C6800-32P10G line card all the ports will be active , i mean that it will be non-blocking or not ?

Referring to the datasheet 6807-XL with Sup2T provide 880 Gbps per slot ??
Data Sheet were written by the MARKETING TEAM.
If one was to "read between the lines" it meant that the 6807X chassis has a full potential to support up to 880 Gbps per-slot-bandwidth. With Sup2T, the per-slot-bandwidth is pegged at 220 Gbps. The next supervisor card will support 440 Gbps and the "final" supervisor card (my guess is 5 to 6 years from now) will support 880 Gbps.

Sup2T on a 6807X will provide up to 220 Gbps per-slot-bandwidth. With a 32 port x 10 Gbps that totals to 320 Gbps. So this means there will be an over-subscription factor.
Talk to your Cisco SE/AM for any "new developments" in the supervisor cards for the 6807X that will turn the 32 port x 10 Gbps line card into non-blocking.

Leo Thanks alot for your help , can you give me any datasheet that prove that per slot bandwidth with sup-2t is 220 Gbps .

Go HERE & scroll down to Figure 1.
Two line above Figure 1, you'll see a statement like this:
Therefore, each Supervisor Engine 2T module in a Cisco Catalyst 6807-XL can support up to 220 Gbps per slot.

i have another question , if add the 2 SUP in single chassis it will double the performance of the switch i mean i will have 440 gbps per slot ?

The answer to the question is NO.
I have a question for you: What is your timeline to get 440 Gbps/slot?
