I am supporting a home setup of an 871W router. The user is reporting that he is able to access the Internet using the wireless from his PC, he can ping his wireless printer from the router, but the PC and printer cannot connect to each other.
Here is the config from the 871W... am i missing something?

This sounds more related to perhaps a driver issue for the printer.
I understand that both printer and PC are on the same subnet by reading this show run, can you confirm that is the case?
The average network printer is responding to a brodcast request with its hostname and ip, that is how the PC detects it. Hence it's important by default to have both on the same subnet, else it becomes more tricky to configure.
Finally, what happens when the PC is wired connected? I presume, the same issue will happen.

They are on the same subnet. I'm not sure about the rest. I will check with the user and have them test with the wired port tonight. I also asked that he update his PC wireless drivers. He said it did work wirelessly with his previous WLAN setup (without the 871W)
He is also reporting that he cannot ping the PC from the router, but he says there is no firewall running on the PC.

If he can ping the router from the PC but not the PC from the router, then it's obviously a firewall issue on the pc.
