9200L switch connection problem

Hello

We have a problem with Cisco switch 9200L and need help.

The problem is that the 9200L switch can not be recognized on our distributive switch 6506.
When we connect one of the 9200L switches, it doesn`t work, but the other 9200L switch, with the same configuration on that interface and same IOS, can be connected.
The switch that cannot connect, connects for a period of time and then loses connection without obvious reason.

I tried to upgrade and downgrade the IOS version but that doesn`t work either. The only difference, that I notice, is the Bootstrap version. I also tried to put the IOS from the switch that connects on the one that doesn`t, but without success.

Version and configuration on the distributive switch is:

Cisco IOS Software, s72033_rp Software (s72033_rp-ADVIPSERVICESK9_WAN-M), Version 12.2(33)SXJ2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc4)

cisco WS-C6506 (R7000) processor (revision 3.1) with 458720K/65536K bytes of memory.

switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 671
switchport trunk allowed vlan 671-673
switchport mode trunk
logging event link-status
logging event bundle-status

Version and configuration on the 9200L switch is:

Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.12.04
Cisco IOS Software [Gibraltar], Catalyst L3 Switch Software (CAT9K_LITE_IOSXE), Version 16.12.4, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc5)
ROM: IOS-XE ROMMON

interface GigabitEthernet1/1/1
switchport access vlan 671
switchport trunk native vlan 671
switchport trunk allowed vlan 671,672
switchport mode trunk
logging event bundle-status

Can someone point me in the direction of a solution to the problem?

try  :

SFP ports operating at 1 Gb/s, SFP+ ports operating at 10 Gb/s, only support no speed nonegotiate or speed nonegotiate . Duplex options are not supported.

Note : also the IOS XE code running on Cat 9200L has lot of bugs, try to upgrade to 17.3.X

I`ve tried upgrading IOS to 17.3.3, 17.8.01... and nothing. SPF is 1Gb/s. Also tried speed nonegotiate and connects for a while and then drop the connection.

as per youroutput :

Auto-duplex, Auto-speed, link type is auto, media type is unknown

what SFP is this from cisco or 3rd party ? when you insert the SFP what Logs you see on the switch.

show logging

Full-duplex, 1000Mb/s, link type is force-up, media type is 1000BaseLX SFP

Sorry, this is the output. SFP is Cisco GLC-LH-SM

And logging

What is the uptime of the 9200?

ok thank you since your output does not match, so we have asked to clarify, what is SFP's other side ? what mode cable are you using? how far is Cat 9200 and Cat 4K located?

Check logs both on the 9200L and 6506 (core)  when this is done, check if anything comes up.

Hi, thank you all for your answers, apologies for the delayed response, I wasn`t working.
Can we try again?

All the equipment is Cisco.
I tried SFP GLC-LH-SM and GLC-LH-SMD with single mode cable
Currently, the IOS on cat 9200L with 24 ports is 17.03.03

This is the log that shows on cat 9200l when I plug in the SFP:

I am grateful for any suggestion. Ask me for more details that are relevant for solving problem and I have not provided them.

1000BaseLX SFP

this looks good compared to the before unknown. now the question is what kind of cable are you using Single mode or Multimode? where is the other side device located?

Cable is single mode. It is direct connection to distributive switch, with a 5 meter cable

Can you post :

show interface GigabitEthernet4/10
