Why is the crashinfo file found on the new switch?
Crash info can vary in capacity.

You mean the 36000 switch is even more problematic?

Post the complete output to the following commands:

sh version
sh log on switch active up detail

Hello

I tested 100 new 9200Ls, and when I used the dir crashinfo command all the equipment was there.

However, some devices were 4096 bytes and some were 36000 bytes.

It seems normal to have such a small amount of crashinfo information.

I was wondering if this was correct.

We cannot provide the log right now. It is far from the scene.
Thank you.
