Hi Mark Malone, before create a topic here, I allready tryed any possible options...
I read about BUG and many other topics, and install some different version from BUG fixed releases...but problem is same :(

Ok, I've seen this before.
What is the CURRENT IOS version of the 2960X? Is it EX to EX4?
Notice the switch is doing a "microcode" upgrade? This is where the bug resides. The ROMmon upgrade contains a bug where the switch needs to be POWERED DOWN. A "reload" is not sufficient to fix this bug.

Hi,
Try to boot your switch using the USB port with upgraded firmware.

I have encountered this issue also, and when i try booting it using flashdrive it prompts an error "that it can't see the bin file"
my flashdrive is a sandisk 32GB, do i need a certain flashdrive brand with a "N" capacity(like must be 8gb lower or maybe higher 32)
