Which one is better 9300 or 9500 as core switch. I need minimum 12 10G ports

For core, usually, the 9500 is a better choice as it gives you more options.

Hi
9500 is Core switch while 9300 is Access switch. With proper license (DNA Advanced) 9300 can be installed as Core switch but, it is ultimatelly an Access switch

the 9000 family is
9200
9300
9400
9500
9600
first what is the role of this SW
access 9200 and 9300
distribute 9400
core 9500 and 9600
I think your network is simple and best solution is 9400
