Which one is better 9300 or 9500 as core switch. I need minimum 12 10G ports

For core, usually, the 9500 is a better choice as it gives you more options.

  9500 is Core switch while 9300 is Access switch. With proper license (DNA Advanced) 9300 can be installed as Core switch but, it is ultimatelly an Access switch

what is exactly requirement here ?
you mention Core and then you mention min 12 10g only ??
how many SW will connect to this Core SW?

the 9000 family is 
9200 
9300
9400
9500
9600

first what is the role of this SW 
access 9200 and 9300
distribute 9400
core 9500 and 9600 

I think your network is simple and best solution is 9400

You ask about this Cisco SFP-10G-T-X module compatible with 9500
according to cisco Matrix it compatible with few module of 9500, it shown below

NOTE:- I share above some point about 9400, which I think is suitable for your requirement, Friend I am not sales engineer so even if me suggest correct please contact Cisco before take last decision.
