Hello,
I have 4 Cisco 9300 48U switches stacked right now. but cabling for stack is not correct----(sw-switch, sp-stack-port)
SW1 - SP1 connected to SW2 SP2
SW1- SP2 DOWN
SW2 -SP1 connected to SW3 SP2
SW3 - SP1 connected to SW4 SP2
SW4 - SP1 DOWN
longest stack-wise cable connected on SW1 -SP1 connected to SW2 SP2 which I want to take it out and replace it with 50cm (shorter cable) and use longer cable (100cm) between SW1 SP2 to SW4 SP1. My question is---if I unplug stack cable from SW1 SP1 what would happen to the stack? would there be any outages for phones/PCs etc?

The cable from switch 1, port 2 to switch 4 port 1 is missing.

yes...I understand that. This cable from switch1 port 1 to switch 2 port2 , I need to use as a longer cable for what you mentioned above. switch1 to switch 4.
if I unplug stack cable from switch 1 port 1, what would happen to the stack? would there be any outages for phones/PCs etc?

Yes, there will be an outage because the stack ring is currently NOT in a complete loop.

forgot---
Sw1 is Master

Do not remove any other stack cable until the connection SW1 SP2 to SW4 SP1 is restored.
the stack cabling forms a ring, and at this time the ring is interrupted as the connection between SW1 SP2 to SW4 SP1 is down.
as such removing another cable will interrupt the ring on two different places, which will cause severe problems
=> you need to restore the SW1 SP2 to SW4 SP1 connection using a spare cable, before removing the SW1-SP1 to SW2-SP2 cable
