This is a very open ended question. There are many RFCs, some of them tightly focused on specific aspects of networking and some very general in their focus. It would be very difficult to assemble a list of all RFCs that these platforms support and I am not aware that Cisco has published such a list. If you could be a bit more specific about what you are looking for we might be able to suggest some solutions.

I agree with Joseph and Richard,
This isn't a list of all RFCs but it might help you depending on what you are trying to accomplish:
https://cfn.cloudapps.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp
It should list the features supported on different platforms and software versions.
Hope that helps!
