a load balance problem

The * probably means that it is the best route. But the traffic monitor shows that it uses both of the routes. If that is possible? If so, what is the root reason or whether there is a command that leads to the result? I am thinking this is related to CEF.

As both links have the same metric CEF will do ECLB (eaqual cost load balancing). Here is a starting point for reading:
