Hello everybody,
I have a problem with some access point.
We have two WLC's one AIR-CT5508-K9 and one AIR-WLC4404-100-K9.
now i have 6 access points that don't register anymore to the right controller.
in high availability i have set the right name of primary controller and also the correct ip address, but somehow they keep registering to the other controller.
Does someone know how i can fix this problem.
info:
AIR-CT5508:SEDA-PM_Line_1
WLC4404: SEDA-PM_Office_1
6 accesspoints are connected to SEDA-PM_Line_1 but they should be connected to SEDA-PM_Office_1
settings in AP are correct in my opinion

If you can connect a console cable to one of the AP's in question, power it off and back on, watch the CLI to which WLC it is trying to associate with at boot up.
I had a similar issue when I added 802.11n access points for the 1st time, turned out they were looking for a different DNS entry to find the WLC.

Can you please post the output to the following commands:
1. 4400 WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. 4400 WLC: sh time
3. AP: sh version;
4. AP: sh ip interface brief; and
5. AP: sh inventory

Looks like everything is right, except the 3500 which has a regulatory domain of "-T".
Can you confirm that the APs have the correct "Primary" controller settings?

All AP's are set to SEDA-PM_Office_1 with ip address 105.103.112.5
Warehouse_AP-3# lwapp ap primary-base SEDA-PM_Office_1
Warehouse_AP-3#lwapp ap contr
Warehouse_AP-3#lwapp ap controller ip address 105.103.112.5
i will try to reload the controller in lunch time, maybe the AP's will rejoin the right controller then.
The AP,s i have already reset some times, but no effect.
If someone have any other suggestions please let me know!

Maybe some additional information.
After reboot both WLC's some access points returned to the correct controller.
the only strange thing is that the controller only accept 48 access points, before reboot was 48 as well.
only now some accesspoints changed from WLC.
we have license for 100.

Please someone have an answer ?!
Thanks for your time
