Access switch CPU sometimes high CPU usage

Hi all , I am facing some issue

My access switch shown cpu usage history sometime cpu up to 70%  butt avg still normal  (see attached file) 

Could you please suggest how to troubleshoot it , spanning tree was on , all switches

The screenshot you've provided shows a CPU spike at 11-, 21-, 31-, 41, 51 minutes -- ten minute interval every time. 

The graph shows the spike hitting <60%.  Not really a concern to me.
