hi! if i've the following acl

access-list 111 permit tcp xxx xxx

access-list 111 permit ip xxx xxx

access-list permit ip any any

will it block udp?

The permit ip any any command in the end will allow allow these packets. You would be required to have some sort of deny statement above that to block UDP
