Adding port range 2900-2902 to Vlan on SF300 Switch

Hello All,

I'm pretty new to Cisco devices and was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this most recent request I received.

I have a Vlan (3) that runs all our security devices, and it runs off 172.29.3.x(32)  >
The door access (fob) system that just got installed by the vendor gave us some ports that need to be opened on that Vlan (2900, 2901, 2902)
Port/Range   Protocol    N/A                     Also the Process is 'communication' not https or snmp etc etc.

I did a fair amount of research myself but it's just not clicking with me how to get this done, or if I'm even researching it in the correct way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Are the door access points connected to the switching environment? If yes, simply test the connectivity between the server and the doors by pinging the IPs. Also, I would make sure that full connectivity for the doors is present before applying any access-list.

Can you post the config for the door access?
