Hello

I hope you can answer a quick question for me.

I have a set of 3750 with Port-Channel setup between them.

Port-Channel is protocol is set to 'ON'

I need to add more vlans to this port-channel.

can you please advise if it will cause any interruption to the links, e.g will they flap

many thanks

Hi,

AFAIK it shouldn't cause any flap. When you add new vlan, only the CBL state of the vlan will change.

Ideally you will not see any link flap or port-channel flap.

When you add vlan use the below command:

"switch-port trunk allowed add vlan <> "

Thanks,

Muthu.

Thank you Muthu

I had a feeling that would be the case, just wanted to make sure.
