Can you share the config of the VLAN interface?

Presumably you mean a secondary address on the SVI for the second subnet?

There's a difference between labeling a packet for different treatment and treating a packet with special treatment.  Which did you want to do, or do you want to do both?

In your case, you can classify your packets by their subnet address, and mark them as needed.

Also in your case, as the packets pass through your VLAN interface you can treat the packets from different subnets differently.

The prior assumes your equipment has the necessary QoS feature support.

How the above would be actually accomplished depends on the platform.

PS:

BTW, there are recommendations for labeling packets, but just labeling them doesn't guarantee they will receive "high priority", and what "high priority" even means is up to your QoS policy.
