allowing icmp through vpn tunnel

Hi all, I have just set up a vpn tunnel from site to site, but it does not allow me to ping through it, the error on the logs is

An ICMP session was removed in fast-path when stateful ICMP is enabled using the inspect icmp command.

Can anyone help

thankyou, basically im trying to just ping the other end but it will not let me, does anyone know why this is?
