Deepak, I believe this product line add-on was completely retired. I personally do not see a market for people using IAC in places where the Catalyst 9K/3K line would be deployed. IAC was the Catalyst BU attempt at matching the scalability of the Nexus FEX, which was been wildly more successful. When searching for Instant Access Client, I see no data whatsoever to support your Cisco SE's comment.
